Position #1 Online Body Double Guide
 Part-Time Contract WorkÂ
Remote | Flexible Hours | Paid HourlyÂ
We’re hiring part-time guides to lead live body doubling sessions inside the Space Maker app.
This is a simple but important role: you’ll host structured, calm work sessions that help members stay focused, declutter their spaces, and follow through on their goals.
What You’ll DoÂ
- Host 3–10 live sessions per week (1.5 hours each)
- Start sessions on time, every timeÂ
- Welcome members and guide them to set clear goals
- Follow a structured session format (provided)
- Hold a calm, focused environment while members work
- Check-in with member progress during sessions
- Wrap up sessions and encourage progress sharing
- Engage briefly in the app community after sessions

Requirements
- Familiarity with the Space Maker Method philosophy and process (or willingness to learn and apply it accurately)
- Comfortable using Slack and staying responsive to team communication
- Understanding that this role contributes to a larger business and member experience
- Basic tech proficiency (Zoom/Google Meet, timers, light troubleshooting)
- You must have access to a distraction-free environment with stable internet, camera, and microphone
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly hosting scheduleÂ
Nice to HaveÂ
- Experience with decluttering, organizing, or productivity coaching
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Experience leading groups, facilitating sessions, or managing online communities
CompensationÂ
- Hourly pay: $15 USD per hour for a one month trial period
- After the one month trial period is complete, pay increases to $20 per hour.
- Part-time: 5-15 hours per week
- Fully remote

On Camera Space Maker
Part-time, Project-Based WorkÂ
We’re looking for new Space Maker personalities who can learn to do what April does on Space Maker Method: helping people declutter while filming video series for YouTube.
This is a dynamic and highly skilled role that requires a high level of proficiency in multiple areas. A Space Maker must wear many hats (professional declutterer, on-screen personality, multitasker of video production and narration, project manager, extensive care for clients both mentally and emotionally, an ability to manage multiple personalities and multiple ongoing projects with grace and enthusiasm). A Space Maker has to be willing to roll with the punches and adapt to all manner of varying homes, personalities, and situations. This is a job for a highly motivated, highly skilled individual who has a passion for helping others, and an interest in working an unusual but highly rewarding job.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to the filming location (Travel will be paid for by Space Maker Method. We’d like to film near where you live, but travel could potentially include global destinations and all across the U.S.)
- Work 1-on-1 with a client in their home, exactly like April does in the Space Maker Method YouTube videos.
- Work 5-6 days a week for 2-3 consecutive weeks
- Provide an extremely high level of customer service
- Work on your feet for 6-8 hours per day, lifting heavy objects and working in dynamic conditions
- Help your client (and family members) declutter and organize their homes
- Make sure each day that a full YouTube video has been organized, produced, and executed in a way that will be satisfying to viewers (according to company standards)
- Take photos, read scripts, craft daily plans, manage client expectations, serve clients and their needs, adjust to whatever complications arise, affect positive change in the client’s home and mood.

- Feel confident guiding a client through the Space Maker Method in a production setting (often within a 9 day filming period)
- Are a highly motivated, highly skilled individual who likes to travel and is interested in an unusual yet highly rewarding and unique job.
- Are a master multitasker of declutter project, client and video production
- Have prior on-screen experience (not required, but preferred)
Who This Is NOT ForÂ
This role is not a fit if you:
- Are not a rockstar at customer service
- Cannot work a physically demanding job for weeks on end
- Prefer structured and predictable work environments
- Have trouble completing tasks
- Have a tendency to get in disputes or disagreements with customers
- Cannot juggle many plates or adapt on the fly
- Can’t handle certain types of people. A Space Maker has to be able to work with people of all ages, nationalities, religions, political views, and abilities, and provide them with the highest level of care no matter your personal views/beliefs
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Space Maker Method philosophy and process
- Experience and proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service in a stressful environment
- Decluttering/organizing prowess. You will receive training in this area but you must have a passion/base knowledge to start with.
- Ability to travel for a few weeks, or potentially a month or more each year (exact schedule to be discussed if you are a good fit)
CompensationÂ
- Daily Pay: $150 per day during training
- Once you have shadowed April and are able to film projects on your own, you will make a starting pay of $300 per day with lots of potential to grow with the company if desired
- Part-time: 2-6 weeks per year to start
- Hours, responsibilities and pay can increase if you are a good fit for our growing company, audience and you enjoy the work
