By accessing or using the Space Maker Method app, website, or community platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of Space Maker Method, including both free and paid members.

2. Description of Service

Space Maker Method provides a community platform, educational content, live coaching sessions, decluttering challenges, and related digital content designed to help members simplify and organize their living spaces. We offer both free and paid membership tiers with varying levels of access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Community Standards

Our community is built on encouragement, respect, and mutual support. By participating, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or demeaning to other members
• Share spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material without our consent
• Post content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform or other users' experience

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or suspend any member who violates these standards, at our sole discretion.

6. Paid Memberships and Billing

Paid membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at signup. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers
• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content and community access, all sales are generally final. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Space Maker Method — including videos, course materials, graphics, written content, and the Space Maker Method brand — is the exclusive property of Space Maker Method, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant Space Maker Method a non-exclusive license to display and share that content within the platform and for promotional purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Space Maker Method does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results discussed in our community and content are individual and not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Maker Method and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
